They spent a lot of money on commercials, press tour and hype on McGregor vs Mayweather, Pacquiao vs Mayweather had one press con that was it and it had zero build up very limited coverage, yet it did 4.6 million buys

Now imagine of Floyd talked trash to Manny face like he did Conor and they did a press tour to reinvigorate the hype and build up, Mayweather vs Pac would do at least 6 million buys.

So it didn't break the record.

Whilst I predicted that I didn't expect it to do 4 Million.

It was even odds to do less than 5 million still can't believe I didn't take that bet.

World wide I bet it did way more, I cant understand why they only add up domestic when the event is huge world wide, they buy PPVs too.

nah they dont even have to do all that to hit 6 mil for floyd/pac. if pac would of never gotten ko by marquez then it would have prolly hit 6 mil. but that ko put a big dent on the hype when the fight finally came to place.

That's impressive, everyone I know streamed it and apparently the entire NSB was going to stream it too.

Quite possibly the dumbest comment I have ever seen on this website. Floyd/Pac was a two man promotion. Your making the argument, that because Floyd could not beat his own numbers, somehow it's an indictment on him, and a credit to Manny.

Unreal, Mayweather just made the biggest haul in boxing history, and your hating, just be quiet.

                    He actually did both!
Who exactly is the common denominator in the top ppv buys?
Floyd vs Ortiz sold the same ppv as Pac vs Oscar
