Why is Jacobs picking on Saunders? Canelo fought Khan too, and GGG fought Brook. Jacobs should be calling out Errol Spence Jr. just to keep pace with the MW division.

Jacobs is just stating an obvious fact that 'most' seem to get.

Errol Spence is truly a gifted and exciting welterweight who would be sparked in no time should he be ****** enough to share the ring with such a big talented fighter like Jacobs.

Amir Khan has no credence in that division and very little in his own.

I think this is misguided. Jacobs got to where he is because they got him the GGG fight and he knocked out Quillin. That doesn't happen without those guys. He's already a thing in the sport now. You can't give anybody credit for a guy who already has a name. That's like trying to give Al credit for guys like Mikey Garcia. It's a false equivalency.

Eddie is just benefiting from that and smartly so. Jacobs is never going to sell tickets without a popular dance partner. This is all about HBO, GGG, Canelo, and his UK connections.

Jacobs fighting GGG was more down to Loeffler than Haymon. If he hadn't agreed to give Danny 6 months extra preparation time and more of the purse than he was entitled to the fight wouldn't have happened. GGG needed a decent opponent and Jacobs got the benifit from that.

Jacobs vs Quillin was 2 Haymon MWs fighting in their own home town, free to air, and it sank without trace!
