I'd favor Danny in this fight, both him and Lemiuex are big middleweights but DJ is much more polished in his craft. Both have good power but I'd rate David as the harder, more concussive hitter. I would love watching them in the ring together, for that matter I'd like to see either in the ring against Saunders as well.

All this talk of these guy running or afraid from each other cracks me up. So does the "leftovers" talk; Joe Frazier must be Foreman's leftovers, Ryan leonard must be Terry Norris' leftovers....fighters fight and can take an L without being bums or trash.

I like both fighters, and would really hate to see Lemieux take that fight... but I know he would. And he would likely lose simply because of Jacobs boxing ability. Jacobs could beat him via KO or 12 rounds UD. Lemieux needs to avoid fights like that. He's not that good vs the slick ones.

Eddie Hearn is a fodder promoter. He doesn't put a fighters best interest first, unless they are the cash cow like AJ.
What he's been tasked to do by GB is to soften Jacobs up, put him in with hard hitting guys.
