Apparently Danny is a superstar now lol. This is about the 30th article on Danny since Saturday. Danny's an entertaining fighter and a cancer survivor so you have to respect him but his last two fights, the most significant of his career, were watched by a combined 500K people (330K avg. on Showtime vs. Quillin and 170K buys on HBO PPV vs. Golovkin). Let's try to maintain perspective on his position in this sport. I think we'd all like to see him get another crack at Golovkin, but he's not a guy that the boxing world is constantly checking for.

This is the MOST RIDICULOUS OVERKILL ever on Boxingscene for a Good but not Great Fighter who has already lost twice at the highest level and was only a World Champion due to how weak the Middleweight Division has been for the past few years.

Props to him for giving GGG a tough fight but he LOST.

Stop putting Articles up every time Hearn has a brain fart! There is NO WAY that Golden Boy would match Lemi up with Jacobs any way when they can make their own Headline event with him on rather then a Co-Production with Hearn.

I don't think Lemieux wants any part of Jacobs who been calling him out for months and he been quiet. Instead he was calling out Little Older Miguel Cotto who is not a True Middleweight

I might get critized but I'm of the 0.01% minority that thinks that Lemieux actually could stop Jacobs.

While I absolutely think that Jacobs is 10 times a better boxer that Lemieux is, he don't have the piston hard jab that GGG used to dismantle David.

I think that if Lemieux catches Jacobs with something big he could get hurt, Don't get me wrong I favor Jacobs in the fight but I would not be surprised if David pulled the upset here.

I've learned through the course of the years that if there is something 99% accurate in boxing is that "Styles makes fights"
