Yes, not potentially good or talented but a flat out bum depending on skin tone.

Cleverly has been a totally shot fighter for some time. He was a sacrificial lamb.

Yes when you avoid a "nothing to gain" fight like Bivol but take easy name fights like Cleverly it's called ducking. It's a business decision.

Canelo's whiter than Gee and Bivol's about as steppe as you can get. Dude wouldn't have looked out of place riding with Genghis Khan.

Bivol is one of the best prospects in boxing. Have you seen the opposition he has faced in just 11 fights?
He's fought extremely awkward olympians, very solid gatekeepers like Berridge, the awkward Cedric Agnew who usually tends to pose problems for anyone.
Normally prospects don't fight this sort of comp until 16-20 fights in not 6-10 fights in.
They're the type of fighters you typically avoid putting prospects in with. This shows how much faith in him his team has & he's effortlessly beaten them all not even really dropping a round. He's looked almost flawless against guys who tend to make just about anybody look bad.

He's not your typical Eastern European with no inside game either he's a very complete fighter who does everything well. Find me another 26yr old that well rounded. Aggressive, high volume, mixes his shots up brilliantly, very good counterpunching ability and hes defensively responsible.
11 fights in and already been talked alongside the criminally underrated Jack, Kovalev, Stevenson. That says a lot.
He has all the tools to become a world champion and a very good one at that.

White racists hate Mexicans. Period. Skin color doesn't matter. And since there are nearly almost no great white American fighters the race warriors have resorted to rallying behind Euro and Asian fighters.

That's the first time you've seen what Bivol looks like you casual fanboy racist biggot.

Jack didn't duck him, it was in the contract that he had to vacate the title after the fight in order to fight Cleverly. This was the agreement for Bivol to step aside.

Jack is going after Stevenson, a bigger draw with more money and a better belt. Probably a better fighter too.

That's also been denied by the promoter himself.
