Sources have informed BoxingScene.com that Daniel Jacobs has signed multi-fight agreements with HBO and British promoter Eddie Hearn.
The deals for Jacobs, a former WBA middleweight champion from Brooklyn, will be announced during HBO's replay of the Canelo Alvarez-Gennady Golovkin middleweight title fight Saturday night.
Jacobs' last fight a highly competitive, unanimous-decision loss to Golovkin on March 18 at Madison Square Garden was broadcast by HBO. Two of Jacobs' previous three fights were televised by Showtime, but HBO's Peter Nelson began expressing interest in working exclusively with him since his close loss to Golovkin.
