We have yet to see more surprises in this sport. Loma vs Rigondeaux getting made was one surprise. Fighters with different promotional outfit working together. People were on record expressing skepticism prior to the announcement. And nobody can deny it.

We need another surprise like Crawford vs Mikey, which is another fight not likely to be made soon. Some doesn't have to be like Andrade vs Lara, which could be made after their respective fights.

Surely big fights are always available, but it takes time to see them happen.

What does that have to do with what weight they should fight? Garcia talked about going to 147. He's also saying he'll go to 154 for Cotto. Crawford is telling everyone he's going to 147. Everyone includes Garcia. I don't understand why this is so complicated.

Make it happen. If Mikey will fight Cotto at 154 he can fight Crawford at 147 NO EXCUSES!! I don't care who wins I just want to see them fight!!!

Manny Pacquiao had to be at 140 though...

But now Mikey has to be at 147... Got you...

In other words, Crawford v. Horn - 2018 for the WBO strap!

And Garcia was willing to go to 154 to fight Cotto, and he too has spoken about his willingness to fight at an higher weight.
I honestly didn't realize we basically said the same thing. So it's not just me?

Come on promoters, give fans surprises. Get them excited and make boxing great again.

This sport needs a messiah and make big fights happen.

Well doesn't matter. Top Rank won't do business with Mikey regardless. Mikey showed true willingness to fight the best with the Broner fight. Crawford is talking about 47. I'll believe him when he mans up and fights Jeff Horn.
