Interesting fight. Like how they are moving Josh up the ladder. If he wins this fight he's potentially ready for a title shot in his next fight or two one would think.

Funny how the brits really think taylor will beat Vazquez. They're failing to realize that Vazquez has only legitimately lost twice to canelo and once to tim bradley, his other two defeats were nasty robberies. On the other hand taylor has very little experience and his best win is against davis who was never impressive to us Americans. Vazquez will definitely beat this boy and embarrass him in his own backyard and possibly even score a late round stoppage even though he's not a big puncher.

I think Vazquez has cooled down a bit in recent years. Argenis Mendez beat him & idk if he's all that + he had a close-ish win vs Erick Bone. The Bone fight was his last fight of any consequence & that was a year & a half ago. Plus all his best W's were at 135. And that Bone W might be his best win at 140 or more.

I like Taylor here, but yea Vazquez is another big jump up in class, but after Taylor's success vs Ohara I don't think its a jump too far or at least its not a clear jump to far based on Taylor's trajectory + what we've seen & Vazquez's trajectory & what we've seen with him as of late.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Thats just how boxing works. If Taylor is as hyped he'll win, if he isn't or isn't ready for this jump he won't. Simple sh^t. A L don't kill anyone chances at future success if they keep learning + improving.

Risky match-making. I'm relatively confident Taylor can win, but not sure he can make it entertaining. It sort of screams "box office poison" like when they announced Monroe Jr as Saunders' opponent
