You see you guys already started to discredit Deontay -- Oh he old doe. Had Joshua KO Ortiz it be special. I just dropped the truth and it hurts Deontays resume is superior with another top five opponent, this one is top three ; no other opponent is higher in the top five.

In fairness..... he beat a Olympic gold medalist( Harrison), a former world champion( liakhovich), a undefeated prospect( price), a top contender for his mandatory spot ( Scott), the #1 wbc ranked hw for two years who just won the vacant title by ko ( stiverve), two wbc top 15 fighters ( molina & duhapas), a wbc top 10 hw( szpilka), and another top 10 hw who was undefeated(Washington). Not to mention that he's also the most ducked hw in boxing right now. Makes me wonder if you guys who push this " step up" narrative even pay attention to what's going on, or if you just enjoy hating on wilder for whatever reason.

That's alot of pretty descent rank fighters in there. They'll say the rankings are overrated or wbc Blahblahblah

Ha! What makes you think anyone is crying? Most of us have been wanting this fight for a long time. Don't be a deek. Your hero will be flattened by Ortiz within a few rounds. Just get stocked up on heavy meds so YOU aren't the one bawling your eyes out afterwards.

Good fight, the thing I find funny is people talk about how ugly his windmills are.

Who ****ing cares how they look as long as they land!

The man can put you to sleep with only one, it would be different if he couldn't punch with that style, but no one in the division has his one punch power

Not giving Wilder much of a chance in this one, unless it goes to a decision. But I'm sure Ortiz knows the odds of winning it on the scorecards, and he'll be finely tuned to flatten chicken legs within a few rounds.

PED or else, Wilder will beat Ortiz one way or another. Too athletic for the Cuban for a points win; or else, he just knocks him out.

Sure Wilder has a clear advantage in physique athleticism; however Ortiz has a clear advantage in boxing ability.

Sort of what makes it a fight.

I think Ortiz stands a good chance to handle Wilder, but Wilder's entire career has been one of progression; so he couldn't be any more ready.

I don't even really dislike Wilder; he's more like a guy I want to dislike, but I just can't.

Heart says Wilder wins, but it should be a competitive fight, which is really a close one to call. All that's exceptional as pick-ems go is nobody really expects this one to go to the scorecards, given the dynamite each guy packs.

Totally agree & not a bad undercard fight between 2 contenders in Stiverne & Breazeale. The winner will likely be in line for a title shot vs Wilder/Ortiz winner if they can't secure a Joshua fight...
