It just depends on whether GGG really cares about his legacy or does he want to chase the money! Golden Boy will only do the rematch if everything is in their favor! I would prefer to see GGG collect all the belts but I wouldn't blame him for chasing the money. Before the fight, many people claimed GGG needed Canelo but I don't think he needs Canelo anymore.

He's after the money... The Canelo rematch would bring him much more than a BJS fight in the U.K.

You're on point! I just don't think Oscar would pass up on Cotto, especially now that Cotto is signed to GBP! I think Cotto did that for a reason, and the reason is Canelo Alvarez!

Yes its a double-dip for GBP (two scoops of ice cream.....)- could end up being a factor.

GGG has the worst fans... it makes me not want to like GGG but I still do. 2/3 judges had great scores yet it was a clear win for GGG no rematch needed? Lol he head hunted all night, while Canelo still landed the cleaner punches to the head and body while being less active. It is 2017 though and any close fight is now a robbery. Factually this fight was a draw. This isn't a Bradley Pac 1 type of thing where all 3 judges ****ed it up. I hope we have an immediate rematch with a decisive winner because I do like both guys and IMO the rematch is needed.

If i was Golovkin i'd do that to, become undisputed like you always wanted and then have a canelo rematch that you have a high chance of losing.

Talk about contradiction....lol....I had nelo winning by one round cuz some rounds he wasn't active for two minutes of those rounds & he gave them away.

I would really prefer they get on with the rematch first and foremost. Part of me feels indignant about it but even if there had been an L the rematch should have been next regardless.

They are a special match up. Canelo and GGG could end up being a legendary rivalry/trilogy. I know they put each other through a lot, but this is what it's all about. Finding that special foil-opponent.

I think that's possibly what they are to each other.

Canelo landed one of the most monstrous hooks I've ever seen on Golovkin in the middle rounds, a shot that would have slept almost anybody.

Meanwhile Golovkin couldn't land his most asserted power punches on Canelo and was relegated to his workhorse punches all night.

I think it's a mistake to not just run this back right away. I think it's a special match up.

....But do the rematch in like CA, NY, TX, or literally anywhere but Vegas and don't hire you know who.
