The triple G haters are here in forces. All those theories and opinions against different fighters is nonsense.

Bottom line is when you have the best fight the best you don't get those easy KOes. The skill level and chins are at a different level.

It took the performances against Brook and Jacobs for Canelo to sign a contract and he barely didn't take a loss

FACT: Your 154-168 argument is irrelevant, your guy stepped up after vacating his title and marinating this thing until the Jacobs fight and failed to take it from the champ.

FACT: That what you call facts are merely opinions.

FACT: Canelo is not the WBC, WBA, IBF and IBO middleweight champion but you sure praise him as one.

FACT: Kool Aid sucks and so do anymore of your triangle theories bro, you're posts are usually better than that.

well, Golovkin was the favorite.....the supposed killer and middleweight kingpin

myths are being busted all over the place

Golovkin cannot make 154, he would have to cut off one of his legs..... he simply would not be the same fighter at JMW, folks were nuts for thinking that

all that talk about beating Mayweather at 154, was just silly

and I don't think he would beat Lara either, because of the weight/style

that is why he totally refused to negotiate on weight with the lil old faded 153lb SUPERSTAR, Miguel Cotto

and the " nobody at 160 lasts 12 with Golovkin " myth..... is well-and-truly busted..... no question about that

and as for the Froch/Ward myths at 168... Team Golovkin should never mention either of those guys ever again.....

"show him true Mexican style!" am I right??

Oh yeah, and Jacobs had these other factors:

*Strong chin (held up better than Canelo's)
*Powerful combination punching (Lara throws jab jab jab straight left, like are you kidding me)
          *A home town advantage

Now, take in these factors, along with other qualities of Jacobs that Lara does not totally outclass, like Jacob's slickness. Also his ability to alternate southpaw and orthodox which we've never see from Lara. THEN add in the previous indisputable facts like punching power, size advantage, fighting in his home city, and Jacobs still lost to GGG.

*What* comparative edge does Lara have that will make GGG unable to do anything? If Canelo hurt Lara, then GGG will break him.

Keep thinking that Lara could even get corrupt enough judges like Byrd to not get blown out. If he even survives to a decision, that is.

keep thinking that Golovkin would be the same fighter at 154

if Golovkin could make 154, he would be fighting there..... and if he could make 154, he would have negotiated on weight with little old faded 153lb Cotto..... who was his best possible payday

          stop being silly

If Canelo didn't feel Golovkin's power he should have generated more offense. He looked tired and resorted to one or two shots at a time. Golovkin was stalking but hardly connecting. When he landed it had zero effect on Canelo.

This is a poor example of elite boxing if this is what we have to look forward to again. Mayweather showed how easy it is to beat Canelo. Jacobs showed Golovkin is not special. I wish the fans would admit it and stop pretending this is the best boxing have to offer. Ward, Crawford, and Spence are levels above these two. Hopefully Lomachenko lives up to his hype.

I would like to argue with a few points you made there..... but yea, nah I got nothing

Alvarez is at his absolute prime and he had to take a minute off each round in order to answer the final bell.
The Mexican has a decent chin and he fought to survive. Golovkin 8-4, Canelo-no problemo.

Yes, but GGG is 35 old and he is thinking about retirement. While Canelo is at his prime. He will have to face these guys if he stays at 160.
