did Ward mention that heavyweight ******ity once ?

or did he - and his entire team - play that line dishonestly for FIVE YEARS ad nauseum.....

Golovkin's rep is built almost entirely on that hype/PR rubbish

    Ward's rep is not

that was a specific marketing campaign employed by K2/Team GGG, designed purely to capture the imagination of the casuals

    and capture it did

that is not the same thing at all

now we can see that "anyone from 154-168" talk was all schtick

like I said..... I would just about bet my life that the guy who preached for FIVE YEARS that he can beat anyone from 154-168..... never fights outside 160, EVER

      154-168

Lara would beat Golovkin for the same reason why they would not fight him at 160

      168
      forget it

and don't ever mention this man ever again.....

      TOO BIG..... TOO STRONG !!!

well honestly golovkin won the fight by a small margin, you could argue about a draw being justified but there´s no way you can give the fight to canelo and i mean no phukkin way!
you cant take the belts of a champion by fighting on the backfoot for 12 rounds with some flurrys here and there!!!
and i say this even tho i like both fighters and have nothing against either one! not like half of the posters in here rooting for their countryman or being racist and biased against fighters for whatever reason.

Yes, the Lara that was taking hard punches and bodyshots - while backing up from the guy who himself was taking punishment and backing up even harder than Lara himself tonight - from Canelo would "beat" Golovkin. Just like with freethinking Canelo "beat" GGG 118-110. Hahaha.

100% true. GGG was already too beaten to the body to still carry any serious power.

Canelo better not stay at 160. Charlo and Jacobs will hurt him really bad.

not sure you understand the question, or weight

at 154, Lara beats Golovkin..... which is why they were unwilling to fight him at 160

we saw in the Jacobs fight how a little movement affects Golovkin

Lara is a better boxer than Jacobs

Quite a substantial statement given how you were repeatedly hammering the point that GGG never fought outside 160 a day in his life. On that basis alone no one can say anything about GGG's performance out of 160 because there is clearly no proof to make decisive statements. Me saying that GGG beats Lara @ 154 is unsubstantiated bs. You saying Lara beats GGG @ 154 is unsubstantiated bs. Of course, it was your statement, not mine
