    Hold this L. Checkmate
The fact you don't know who Jose Napoles is suggests you should give up trying to talk boxing since you don't know it.

Jose Napoles has been ranked in just about every top 50 pound for pound list from The Ring, ESPN, Bert Sugar, Matt McGrain and typically in all the all-time top 5's at 147. With the exception of Ali & Leonard he's commonly rated ahead of all those fighters you mentioned on your casuals list.

Another fighter you've never heard of is Alexis Arguello who had 4 losses by the time he won his first world title. Juan Manuel Marquez I think you know also had a loss to Freddie Norwood at age 26 in his 31st fight.

So now we have an excuse? Two gold medals all those amateur fights and he wasn't ready for Salido?

He doesn't have that many fights as it is. No elite fighter I named would lose to a bum like Salido in their prime at age 26-28 or come close to losing to a bum like him who was washed up at the time of the fight.

Lomo is a hype job until proven otherwise

Man shut your f@ggot ass up. ESPN doesn't count. They have Lomo at #1 they had Chocalitito at #1. No true boxing supporter would ever say that dumb ****.

Lomo is a hype job. I'll do this. CAN you please name me ANY ELITE FIGHTER in their prime who would lose to Salido?????

The fact that you have NO idea who Jose Napoles is, considered as one of the best WWs ever, and actually had the audacity to call him a NOBODY already shows that you are literally the EPITOME of a casual boxing fan. I can't be bothered to continue arguing with you but I did enjoy the amusing responses from you. Thank you and good night.
He is one of the best WW? Better than Floyd, Pacquiao, Mosley, Leonard, Duran, Crawford, Spence, De La Hoya, AND too many others to name.

Get the fuuck outta here. NONE of those guys in their prime would lose to a cat with double digits. Def if that dude was a bum like Salido.

LIKE I said NOBODY has him in their top 100 who is being honest. Period

2nd fight is not prime dummy. Another all-time great you've never heard of, Henry Armstrong lost multiple fights around the age of 22-24 to guys with less credentials than Salido. Armstrong started his career 1-3, are you really saying Charlo's, J-Rock are greater than him too? LOL. You know nothing.

Emile Griffith, Jose Napoles, Alexis Arguello, Juan Manuel Marquez, Fighting Harada, **** Tiger, Mike Tyson just to name a few have lost to inferior fighters than Salido closer to their primes and in more conclusive fashion in a lot of those cases. I bet Marquez is the only one you've heard of there so basically makes your insights even more useless than your prediction. Hopkins at the same age lost to Clint Mitchell LOL.

This thread has made your racist ass look bad and really, really dumb. Way to go ******.

Without cheating and going to boxrec or google please tell me 5 names Napoles fought, what era he fought, describe his physical appearance, what his nickname was and his strengths and weaknesses in the ring. That should be very easy but let's not cheat.

Why comment on fighters you don't know? Why talk about a sport you don't know?

I've never seen a top 100 without Napoles in it.

Don't even bother with this guy anymore. We've already cracked the guy with a little boxing history lesson and he still can't accept that he was proven wrong. Let's move on from this already.

My point is you didn't think Loma could win. You had Rigo easy but you've changed your mind on the merits. You were wrong and you have to deal with that. The fight went as I said it would so I am entitled to dismiss the fight if I want but YOU are not because it destroyed your prediction and you've pretended you didn't think Rigo would toy with him.

Do I think it was a great win for Loma? No. I am entitled to believe that. You have to give credit because he made you look foolish. Would I give those guys credit for stopping Loma? Yes I would even though I wouldn't pick Loma. Seeing how you are it's clear YOU wouldn't give Loma credit if he went up and beat those guys.
That guy's comments really epitomized the mindset of the LDBC. It's why I can't stand them.

Before the fight the comments ranged from "I give Loma props for taking this fight" to "Rigo is going to beat him and break his jaw".

No one mentioned the age until after the fact when they didn't get their way and the result blew up in their face.

Just take a look at EGO's video catalog before the fight. It was all insinuating that Lomachenko was ducking, that Rigo was more skilled and would win, and after the fight is over they can't seem to give him credit.

I was also like you, I thought this fight was a mismatch from the beginning and didn't think much of it after the result.

                      This fight hurts his stock.

As for Rigo, a pathetic end to a boring career, good riddance coward.
Funny to recall these 'treasures' of a post.
