bro, they never had any intentions to fight manny at that time. whether they feel floyd can beat pac or not but they saw the risk fighting pac at that time.

that's why they used the random testing as a decoy, if they really feel manny was a dirty fighter, then why didnt sr make pac take the test for the hatton fight? sr was hatton's trainer, why didnt he make them take the test? better yet after pac slept hatton in 2 (took foyd 10), why didnt sr come out with the ped accusation then?

it's because they dont see hatton as a threat like they see cotto, and when pac beat cotto, that's when they knew pac was the real deal because before the fight, the mayweathers gave manny no shot at beating cotto and they even said pac was crazy to take that fight.

no ped accusation before hand, but after the cotto fight, that's when the fans, media started demanding for floyd/pac and that's when the accusation started.

You can't change the decisions Manny made. He fought him @ 145. It was an impressive win but doesn't make up IMO for him refusing the fight we all wanted.

Floyd's extra stipulations on the testing was the issue. The Pac didn't have to agree to a 0 day, or even a 14day cutoff if he didn't have to, and guess what he didn't. Willing to bet the Mayweathers were counting on that.
