to be fair, Golovkin didn't say he would move up/down to their weights, he wanted them to come to 160. except mayweather where he didn't give a **** ass about coming in as a zombie to make that paycheck.

Golovkin never ducked Ward. You can only duck someone if you're fighting in the same weight class as them. If he had a few fights at 168 when Ward was there and didn't fight him ,then you'd have a case.

And just because nowadays, people care about collecting as many alphabet titles as they can over as many weight classes as they can doesn't mean you can **** all over someone who wants to keep it old school and unify in one division.

And of course he cares about money - what fighter doesn't? You can care about money and legacy at the same time - the two aren't mutually exclusive.

Just looking at the facts, ggg has had 0 fights at 154 where some of the biggest names in boxing are. A weight where he could even get some big name fights with Welters.

We've seen pics of ggg walking around near 190-200lbs.

Against Brook ggg looked like a skeleton, can you imagine him losing another 6lbs?

And finally when standing next to Canelo ggg is obviously the bigger man

Canelo will be heavier in the ring on fight night, as he always is. That's all you need to know.

GGG is taller yes, but that's like saying Paul Williams was bigger than Tyson

Meanwhile, Canelo has fought probably 1 guy who's been bigger than him and he was a Mexican Punching Bag in JCC jr.

Canelo been playing the weight advantage game for years and you're crying about a guy who's a natural middleweight fighting at his preferred weight. I know you're not the brightest person but come on.

Yep, now that it's confirmed that Canelo is the bigger fighter, GGG should get all the credit in the world, and just as much, if not, more credit than Canelo. Canelo's the one sucking himself down way too much, just to have a size advantage against his opponents, while GGG is exactly a MW, and one of the smaller ones, actually.

His power is way higher than Nelo's, and Nelo's the bigger man lol.

GGG was 170 on fight night against Monroe, and weighed 168.8 for a recent fight, forgot which, because of the WBC (or WBA) can't weight above 170 rule, and for Jacobs, weighed in at 169.8.
Canelo weighed 170 for Angulo, Showtime had the weights mixed up. But even if he does rehydrate more it doesn't mean he's the bigger man.

The photos show it all, ggg is much taller, he walks around near 190, and based on this pic, can you really imagine him being able to fight at 155lbs like Canelo?

This guy can shed another 5lbs and fight effectively? No way. It's because he's the bigger man, always has been, he's a career middle.

I think he could, he just likes fighting at his natural weight of MW, and he's a lot older than Canelo, so you gotta take that into consideration. Also, GGG walks around at 190, eating whatever he wants, and just chillin with the family. I think we can both meet in the middle, and say they're pretty much the same size.

And he's going to be fighting a MW champion, he's stepped up, he's sought out better competition. Like you said, Canelo has fought only 1 guy bigger than him, a punching bag.

Canelo is taking on the tougher challenge, ggg is fighting a guy who's best win at 160 is a punching bag. Great win for Canelo, good win for ggg.
