That doesn't matter anymore. Canelo is clearly a MW now and it would be just as big of a win.

Never. I've always felt ggg is the favorite this fight, it's Canelo moving up in barely his 2nd true MW opponent. ggg is the guy fighting the much smaller fighter, in his natural division.
Who do you think is taking the bigger risk this fight? Don't you feel the man taking the greater risk should deserve a better reward?dont act like you didn't ****ing say that
We got into a whole debate where I was telling you how G cuts off the ring

Canelo is taking the tougher challenge here by far. This is his 3rd weight class in 7 years. He's had 50 fights and just 1 against a true MW in Chavez (we all know Cotto is a 154lber and has yet to return to 160).
Now in barely his 2nd fight against a true MW he's facing ggg.
ggg on the other hand has had 11 years to move from 160 and has REFUSED despite calling out people in lower and higher divisions. Canelo is his 3rd opponent in 2 years that has fought over 95% of his competition at lower weights.
ggg fighting yet ANOTHER opponent that has little to no experience at 160, Canelo joins Brook and Lemieux.
Canelo is taking the bigger risk here, his 3rd weight class over a champion. ggg? fighting just another inexperienced MW.
