I don't think it was embarrassing how he fought and he was in there with bigger, stronger fighter who was skillful enough to make the fight look easy. I would make the case that Rungvisai is more effective at carrying out a Maidana type fight. He immediately attacked Gonzalez to the body where he seemed more vulnerable. He also punched with Gonzalez because of his defensive issues. Gonzalez made no adjustments because he probably believed he won the last fight and didn't need to make any. Rung adjusted his body attack and timed him better. Gonzalez was never going to win the fight but he would have kept trying if Rung didn't cut it short.

I doubt people would call Estrada vs Gonzalez rematch a cherry pick, in any case no matter how good you are, there is always a boxer that will have your number.

We don't know if he was maybe just shot (which I thought he looked) or if there was another reason for his loss. For one the size difference was minimal, you guys are killing me with this he too small for 115 BS....His problem is his no adjustment fighting style....you talking like he just went up in weight and ran into Rungvisai, in case you forgot they fought once before, no one used a size excuse then so why you using it now?
Rungvisai made adjustments for the rematch and Gonzalez didn't hence the results you saw last night!

Styles makes fight you POS, Roman is a pressure fighter, Rugvisai is a brick wall that does not fold under pressure and instead throws bombs while being pressured.. Chocolatito has actually never faced such boxers, every one else he faced folded under pressure, including Estrada, Cuadras.
