ggg has taken a lot of punches his last 2 fights though and is on the wrong side of 30, I would not be surprised if Canelo cracks his chin with an uppercut and puts him down.

Canelo beating ggg is far more impressive than if ggg beats Canelo.
Lol...Canelo may be naturally a bit smaller but he's a legit middleweight and was a weight bully at 154. If that wasn't enough, he's the lineal mw champ and this is a 8 figure payday for both fighters and probably the most requested fight since May vs Pac. How on earth can you criticize him for fighting Canelo?

The career of fighting smaller guys is also disingenuous and is applies much more so to Canelo.

      I personally think it's 52.24 - 47.76 in favour of GGG.

Canelo has had 50 fights and just 1 true MW opponent against a shot to shyt Chavez. He beat a Cotto, whom isn't a MW himself to win the title.

Lemieux, Ouma, Proksa, Brook, Rubio, Ishida, Rosado, and now Canelo, literally 50% of his last 16 opponents are now guys naturally smaller than him and only 2 of them are actually world class opponents. At least when Canelo fights smaller guys they're good. I'm not impressed with either guy, but like I said, this fight will be a great win for Canelo and just a good win for ggg.

Lemieux is smaller than GGG? I think you need help.
"Lemieux, on the other hand, has barely made weight every step of the way. The camera-friendly Montreal native was 175.8 lbs. 30 days ago (0.2 lbs. within the limit), 167.6 lbs. last week (0.4 lbs. within limit) and had to strip down to his birthday suit in weighing 159.8 lbs. at the scales Friday. "

Proksa has had fights at 165.

Rubio had at least 20 fights at 160 (in a row) or above when fought GGG.
He even came in over the limit of 160. What the hell are you babbling about?

Ishida who less than a year after moved to heavyweight?

Canelo is legit MW, GGG is not to blame if Canelo drained himself like crazy (thanks to his body that allowed it) to make weight at WW and JMW.

Canelo is maybe a lil bit shorter than typical MW, true, but weight classes are made for weight and not height (think at Tyson who was a midget for being a HW). Actually Canelo is way wider than GGG, his body is like a ****ing tree. At the same weight, what you lack in height you compensate in bones/muscles.

Middleweight division is where Canelo's body belong. Big bones, wide structure, big muscles, low fat.

That being said, this is a 50/50 fight that could go either way. I could equally see both of them winning. Prime for prime I would give Golovkin an edge but at 35 he has slowed down a little bit lately. On the other hand Canelo has improved his technique in the last years and he is at his peak of his career. Can't wait for the fight..and wil the best win.

Smaller fighter?? Why are you lying canelo is bulkier and comes in heavier on fight night. Only reason he wasn't fighting at mw years ago cause he was still growing into his body.

Lol...these double standards are hilarious. First as far as I can tell Proksa was always a mw, was a ranked mw when GGG fought him and was literally GGG's first fight in the states. Ishida had multiple fights at mw before he fought GGG. Rosado was a decent name to increase GGG's profile. Rubio had multiple fights at mw and was the path to the WBC title.

If he's not allowed to fight guys who moved up to mw at some point in their lives then who should he fight?
Do you want him to fight people literally born at 160? I hope you're also against Crawford fighting any welterweight because he moved up. I mean we can play this game almost any fighter.

Then he only fought Brook because 4 other mw's at the time ducked him. Please say the name of all these fighters that ducked Canelo and forced him to picked Khan?

And who were all these so called good smaller fighters Canelo fought? The only good one was Cotto and even then he was nearly retired, no where near his prime.

And last, you're literally talking crap about a fighters opponents before they were a name. All fighters opponents are crap before they're a name, including Mayweather and Canelo's, because the bigger names won't fight them. Unless you can name all these top mw's born at 160 that Golovkin clearly ducked before he was name.

I mean just say you don't like GGG instead of making up these ridiculous standards you don't hold anyone else too
