So it basically comes down to how each individual feels about rounds 1,2,& 12.

Even if you gave all three to Jacobs...it's a 114-113 win for DJ. If just one of those rounds goes to GGG then it's 6-6 fight with golovkin winning 114-113 cause of the knockdown. Clearly no a robbery.

It was a good fight. Could DJ have won...yes. Did he dominate GGG...no.
Pretty much this. I thought 3, 7 and 8 were the swing rounds, first 2 were Jacobs rounds. Fight could have gone either way.

my initial feeling right after the fight was that floyd clearly won. i have watched the fight again and couldn't believe there are people saying manny should have got the decision. some people thought it was a draw, but i don't think pac deserved a draw. he just couldn't handle floyd's jab.

Huh? Jacobs backpedaled and landed nothing the entire round while ggg was the aggressor and beat him with a jab alone that round. Interesting the ones that seem to think there guy won a fight never do fight breakdown or film studies making fun of the "seeing a fight in slow motion" term after it was used in the May vs Pac fight even though its been done before by everybody who cares to learn about boxing.

This guy has no credibility and is completely hindered by bias, he preaches watching fights with an open mind yet appears not to heed his own advice.

You guys look way too deep, I watched it once and had Jacobs narrowly winning. You don't have to justify why you didn't listen to the commentary team and are able to score a fight yourself, that's what these clowns do, they haven't a clue about scoring fights.

Which 8 rounds did Jacobs win in your book?

Fortune is for the mediocre, Golovkin took his win. Tougher than expected but a clear winner.
