Just watched the fight for the first time and Jacobs had Triple G befuddled and confused throughout the entire fight. Triple G had his moments here and there but Jacobs maintained his composure and outboxed Triple G silly. That was a flat out ROBBERY!

Ridiculous. Jacobs and Golovkin both did some smart things in that fight. However, Jacobs barely landed anything. He threw a lot of hard shots at the air to keep Golovkin off of him but he was never in control. I attended that fight but I also rewatched this the other day in Russian so I didn't have to hear Max Kellerman exaggerate about everything. It made me feel much more comfortable that Golovkin hasn't slowed down as much as people say. Also, Jacobs didn't bother Golovkin with a single punch.

Why not just score a fight on who is landing more, harder and clean punches instead of making up your own ******ed way of scoring "oh, he was so composed".

Close fight. Thought Jacobs won but it was close so it is what it is. Anybody on either side trying to say it wasn't a close fight is delusional.
