NYSAC should learn a valuable lesson from this. Actually all American state athletic commissions should be looking at this and saying 'we dont wanna pay 22milli to anyone. We need to get our medical affairs in order'

We still have incidents like this in the UK, but all in all the changes made after the Watson and Mcllellan cases have been amazing.

Ambulances on standby at every fight. Rapid response with oxygen and post fight aid for injured fighters. Mandatory regular brain scans to check for significant long term damage. And probably more which i dont know about.

The US should be looking at these types of measures now. Its not just moral reasons now, but they are gonna get ****d in court if they arent tsking care of the fighters
