hard to do if you are backing up or against the ropes. If Canelo can't stand his ground he's toast.

Canelo will take a couple early rounds but if he starts to give ground due to fatigue or the pressure he's in a world of hurt.

It's funny how when a guy squashes lots of B/C level fighters everyone jumps him up to superstar/killer status. GGG's a very good fighter but who's he really beat who was a real top opponent? Canelo's his biggest test by miles and I can't see him knocking him out since Canelo's a smart and versatile fighter who can box, move and defend. He can also punch and throw great combinations. Mark my words Canelo wins this by decision. I just hope it's entertaining/not controversial.

kHAN has no rythym. Never changes the tempo of his punches. GGG's feet are much faster than canelo's. GGG is the faster fighter not canelo.

there is a damn good reason why Mr " 154-168 " totally refused to negotiate on weight with the lil old faded 153lb SUPERSTAR, Miguel Cotto..... who was knocking out the same fools that he was knocking out

Golovkin needed to back up all that big talk and jump on HUGE fights like that, but he passed

it is real obvious to me, that they kept him away from mover/spoilers..... been saying that since looooong before Gennady fought Danny Jacobs

now, Canelo is not a mover spoiler..... but, neither is Miguel Cotto..... and there is a damn good reason why they did not even consider chasing Golovkin's "dream", despite the fact that Cotto was Golovkin's best payday

I bet Team Canelo has watched the Brook fight a number of times

i like the breadman, a lot..... and I rate him..... but he is a mug for not realizing that Golovkin is the most "well-managed" fighter in the game today

I don't believe that, Canelo is faster and he has better combinations and better timing

fair point that Khan's jab is easier to read despite his speed, and less threatening overall

and your proof lies where? If you're going to keep referencing the Chavez fight as the one and only source for Canelo not being strong....I'll reference the Jacobs fight as GGG not being strong.

Well that is the only fight Canelo has had over 155..

                      Based on what exactly?

I'd say he has one of the best/most underrated defences in boxing but there's really not that much evidence that he has a granite chin or not. He did get put on ***** street by Cotto's brother but it was a long time ago. Mayweather also hit him with an uppercut that stung him and he retreated to the ropes. He's never really been in with big punchers and solid middleweigts like GGG.

I think his chin is pretty solid but I believe GGG has the power to hurt Canelo, at least break him down anyway.
