Why does no one understand what retiring with the best record is cuz so many cats confused.
If you are undefeated & active your not the record holder even if you got 1,000 wins & no loses.
If you won 87 fights fights with a draw you are not the record holder.

Plus Chavez first 50 fights look completely different than Floyd's.
His 50th fight was vs a 1-15 fighter. His 40th fight was vs a debuting fighter, his 30th fight was vs a 14-29 fighter, his 20th fight was vs a 0-1 fighter.
Chavez "win-column builder" career makes his record look a lot better than it is. It is great, but that inflated record makes it look better.
