If Crawford fights at 140 next I think it'll be rightfully called a duck unless Crawford fights Mikey or a big name at 140.

Lipinets is a legit enough guy to fight at 140 when there is nothing to do at 140 + he's the mandantory (however bs the mandatory got earned). I mean are there some money fights at 140 that I'm missing that seem likely to happen? I mean Mikey would make sense, but I think thats a longshot.

LOL you do got a point there. The IBF goes hard on their mandatory fights regardless of how bs those mandatory's are so if they pissed off Crawford that might be whats up here to in fairness to him.

I still say this looks SUPERBAD if Crawford fights again at 140 vs some random guy when Lipinets is a legit guy to fight.

This is ultimately why multiple titles are bs in boxing. Too much random sh^t in play to keep 4 belts with 4 mandatory's happy. Only need 1 champion in boxing. Be nice if boxing made that happen.

IBF are a joke. Lipinets is connected though being a Haymon guy so he was always going to get his shot and if they can get the vacant belt all the better (think about the WBC farce at 168 when #1 contender Callum Smith ends up saying **** it and goes a different route).

May be something in Arum's comments and maybe Manny is over the Horn re-match? No way would they let Bud fight (and obviously destroy) Horn first because then Pacquaio's way to a title is Bud.
