I think it's important to point out a few comparisons.

      Roberto Duran-
Sugar Ray Leonard- A level fighter in his prime for WBC- then one of only two welterweight titles.
Ken Buchanan- A level fighter in his prime for one of two lightweight titles when 130 wasn't there. So deeper division, etc.
Esteban Dejesus- A level and held one of the two lightweight belts at the time.

All of these divisions and belts make a difference. Many of the champions May fought would have never been champs in previous eras. However in the 80s and on back, there were only two champs per division and much of the time, just 8 divisions. When you fought a former champion back then, it meant a lot more. And don't forget about 15 round fights.

When you have Adrien Broner becoming 4 division champions you know those ABC titles dont mean crap in a resume. Its all about the names and when he fought them.

Floyd fought A-level fighters but not at their prime.

floyd wasn't in his prime either vs pacquiao. he beat many fighters who were younger than him. when was the last time u saw 2 ATG's fighting eachother at their absolute best? rarely happens.
u can do the same **** to every fighter and belittle his accomplishments, not too difficult to do

What is the point of naming them if you are going to say they aren't A level? You are the great grader handing out the grades as you see fit. Mayweather made more money with his fists than any boxer in history so maybe he isn't such a bad fighter after all. All those titles he won and his unbeaten record and the many champions he beat made me think he was pretty damn good.

Hmmmm Pacquiao vs Marquez TWICE 1,2. At their best weight.

Pacquiao vs Barrera while Pacquiao was green against Barreras best weight in his prime.

Erik Morales vs Pacquiao, while morales was starting to slide.

Then you have Andre Ward vs Sergey Kovalev Both are primes and A-level.

When people starts to claim Floyds resume should be mentioned along fighters like SRL, Ali who actually fought prime a-level fighters. We would be saying "hold on, who did floyd fought in their primea that his resume would be on par with theirs?" and put down the facts

But when people starts claiming his resume is in par with the likes of Ali SRR SRL who faught a level prime fughters thats when we say "hold on floyd never fought prime a level fighters" its not an opinion it is a fact!
