Where do you actually put floyd in the ATG P4P List?

I was at a bar watching the floyd Mcgregor fight and the stuff i had been hearing about floyd was amazing. Heard people call him the greatest ever and that conor did really well against the goat etc etc

Granted these are casuals but where would you place floyd P4P? I personally have him barely cracking the top 15 tbh. Hes clearly the best fighter since ray leonard but i dont think his achievements and lack of prime challengers reflects poorly against the more fire tested guys.

Think guys like Armstrong and duran who continually tested themselves fair better in these p4p lists.

Top 5. His resume is on par with SRR, Ali, SRL, and Duran. Those are the only 5 you can make a case for #1 IMO.

When you take bias out of it, his resume is easily top 3.

Under close scrutiny his resume is great not but nothing special. Leonard fought atgd when they where at their best or close to it.

Floyd victories over morrales, castillo, hatton and marquez are very good but it isnt as good as some other ATGs.

To his credit he beat every name fighter in his era.

He has a heck of a resume but it is one where the names make it look better than it actually is. From 2003 (after the Castillo fights) I don't think he beat one top fighter who was in their prime sport and most not even near it excluding Ricky Hatton. IMO Hatton was a Rich man's Arturo Gatti. Good fighter but not elite IMO.

But Floyd beat them all and I actually think think his fights vs. Castillo are underrated. Castillo was a hell of a fighter at the time. Those fights were tougher fights almost all the fights where Floyd got more resume cred.

I'd never say in a thousand years he had a better resume than SRL. He literally fight there of the all time best in the sport at times when they were in their prime or just off it (Haglar). Floyd never did that.

I have no problem with someone putting Mayweather in the top 10 P4P but I'd have to really think about it. He isn't the best boxer in my life time, that distinction still goes to RJJ.

Boxrec has had Canelo as P4P number one for several years now . . . . so while I love that sight for data it sucks when it comes to P4P rankings. BTW it also has Jeff Horn number 8!!! LOL
