Mayweather was taking the piss out of Mcgreggor really. Outweighed by 20lbs and walking him down after 2 year layoff at 40 years old.

McG got ****ed up. He wasnt a particularly good boxer, he gassed badly after 3 slow paced rounds. His form was not good, he couldnt generate any leverage on his famous left hand. His chin was wide open, his head never moved.

Liam Williams is British champ at 154 and i think he beats the crap out of McG
So mayweather losing4/5 rounds against a novice taking uppercuts, jabs, vicious body shots is toying with the novice.

To represent boxing you take the sole from the guy, kinda lacey v calzzghe, or briggs v vitali. But Mayweather was throwing and missing, ofter getting countered.

He looked terrible, be thankful connor has a poor cardio and inexperience..but are added to the in denial list...Toying with someone is that, by making them miss, and hitting them.

In tennis it would be beating someone 6 love 6 love., but in your terms of "toying"/taking the piss" would be a three sey match with winning a tie break in the third..

Mayweather was made to look silly, and the boxing community is in denial.

      Face it and move on...

People were expecting a demolition job. What we got was a self proclaimed TBE turning his back 17x, getting clocked over and over, head snapping, body folding, that's not how a master boxer should look. It was painful to watch.

Stallone expected Floyd to murder Conor, but instead Conor murdered his defense that has full of holes. Damn!!

But these Floyd pom pom girls have come up with their go to excuse when they get stumped. Their default excuse that they have formulated is Floyd is 40 lololololololol

Is a 80 year old shaolin master monk, even if he is old as fuvk lose to a novice pupil?

        Nope.

A master doesn't unlearn what he has learned. He grows in wisdom. Getting hit like that, tells me Floyd has bad offensive defense. That's not a master. That's a walking target lmao

Particularly???!?!?! You are way too kind.

          He's terrible. Useless!!

Liam Williams would absolutely destroy him.

Scratch that, Sam Eggington destroys him.

**** on...I like the boxing community didnt give Connor a Prayer, i thought he was going to hit air or night whilst taking shots..why, because hes a novice, didnt even bother getting a boxing trainer in for 12 weeks.

If Floyd represents the "best ever" then boxing is extremely low standard atm.

Have you noticed all of a sudden the excuses are "he let him hit him"..."he was deliberately missing"..."His plan was to get rocked and walk connor down"...."He 40 years old"..."he inactive"..

All these excuses were barely even priced in, they factored in, but not priced in. As i say, a non ATG Randy Couture did to James Tony what Floyd should ahve done to Connor..But in reality he was missing, getting rocked and losing the fight going into the 10th on points...

This is a nightmare for boxing and the hysterical defensive overeaction by the boxing community knows this...

Yeah all you said are true and exposes what's wrong in boxing.

Regarding the excuses boxing fans tell themselves about Floyd allowing himself to get hit. I as a boxing fan first and foremost am cringing with such lame excuse. It's rather tacky, too simple and dumb to think a boxer wants to get hit like that. Floyd was getting hit like a human punching bag for 4 rounds with no answer to Conor's onslaught. Conor kept him at bay in the early rounds, being effective in the range game.

Like I said, Conor may be a novice but he accounted himself very well in his debut fight, which to me speaks volumes.

Hats off to the man. He gained my respect.

exactly, Connor lost, but if i performed like that in my professional debut against a elite performer and in this case the self proclaimed "best ever". it was like a Badmington player/Squash player training for 12 weeks at tennis and getting roger Federer to 4/5 set match.

The boxing Community have a paradime shift of denial like Flat earth scientists have..and their Hysterical over reaction shows this..

If Connor was "Rubbish" then by golly floyd was horrible fighter and was exposed as a none p4p fighter..which i think could be true as in reality he lost to DLH, Pacquio, Castillio and barely won many other fights...despite having every advantage..

Or Connor was very good and for a guy thats barely laced them up made a "Elite ATG", miss, get hit, rocked and loss many many rounds..

As i say, thank goodness for Connors crap cardio which he has issues with in the UFC as at NO point did he get out boxed...

The fact that they neither give Connor Credit for his great skills for a 0 0 fighter or wont accept that Floyd was AWFUL at representing boxing against A Novice spoeaks volumes, because both of those points are MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE...

I thought Conor was exposed, to be honest. Not a hard hitter, not a 12 round fighter, can't handle pressure but I'll give him he is a good boxer for those 3 rounds he can handle. What a shame that he simply can't last. I'm a Conor fan, I hadn't hoped to see him gas that hard. But the pressure was too much.

Floyd walked him down completely. Pushed the bigger man around and knocked him out.

                      **** Chris Byrd.
