Dana White has also claimed he doesn’t want a McGregor-Diaz trilogy, despite a guaranteed gigantic windfall, because of the physical toll taken on his biggest star in their first two fights.

Between the two Diaz fights and the Mayweather fight, McGregor has probably already taken a few years off of his career. Although it's probably the best money fight, I think White is wise to shy away from a Diaz trilogy. Conor might win that fight but he's probably going to take another good dose of punishment in doing so.

I'd also bet that McGregor doesn't return to boxing. He's clearly not as powerful a puncher as he thought he was in the boxing ring and with his stamina issues, he's a sitting duck for top fighters who aren't coming out of retirement for a fat payday. Especially if he fights at his proper weight.

Low blow. Also its called a gameplan. Theres a reason floyd threw a combined 28 punches total in the first 3 rounds. He more than doubled that in round 4 and kept the pace up after that. Also he was never even close to stopping him at all. Even if the low blow woulda been legal conor gtabbed and went behind floyd right after causing the ref to reset the fighters.

still too early for all this. i guarantee conor will not stay in the ufc/mma for long. lets see how he feels after the diaz fight. remember he just made close to $100 mil, just had a new born baby. i dont think he's gonna stay around for long.
