No not really. We ***** on Floyd a lot for being boring/cruising/ a bit safety first etc but lets be honest if it wasn't for Floyd last night that would of been unwatchable.
I sort of want to see him fight Paulie, he's so shot its a competitive fight now but it'd be so ugly its a fight I could live without seeing.

I'm a mayweather fan so I agree he was definitely what made the fight worth watching, but mcgregor has name recognition to casuals. They would definitely sell tickets if he continued to box.. Regardless of skill, MMA fans will tune in to see him hopefully get a win

I think his best option money wise is Nate Diaz in the cage to finish their rivalry with a trilogy fight. And I expect that to get signed quick or Conor's next fight will be in the ring cuz Tony Ferguson and Kevin Lee are fighting for the interim title in Conor's division and if either of those guys get Conor to the ground they will 100% submit Conor and hurt his brand.

So if Diaz III doesn't get made before Oct. 7 when those guys fight then I expect Conor to box next to push back his UFC return to mid-2018 (likely international fight week in July to maximize ppv points) and the easiest opponent to fight next that makes sense is Paulie to me in early 2018 and St. Paddy's day maximizes the payday.

I agree about him not wanting any part of lee or Ferguson. Hopefully him and Paulie can make it happen

GGG-Canelo winner so I can see him get splattered in a round.

He should leave UFC and make his own sport Lol. MMA with no grappling allowed. Basically just fighting with 4oz gloves. Could face boxers, MMA guys, kickboxers etc

He would make peanuts (aka UFC purses) fighting those guys, including no fans Paulie, compared to the money a fight with Manny or Canelo would draw.

Mcgregor name alone would be enough to sell the fight, that's the key.. And a fight with manny could make sense, due to the fact there a ppl dumb enough to think Connor was competing with Floyd. But I think he gets destroyed by either manny or canelo. The guys I listed he might have a chance at winning a fight while still making good money. But I don't think he will beat Paulie, it's just a lot more competitive than manny or canelo.
