Boxing has always been superior, always will be. Boxing is a science, a chess game, thats the beauty of it. MMA is like high school kids fighting at recess or something, plain ugly and sloppy with terrible fighting.

Whether Conor lost in round 1, 10, or 12, he had no chance whatsoever. Boxing wins no matter what you think, its just how it is in this life time. Maybe the next life, MMA will be superior but not this one, sorry kiddo

It's impossible to make a comparison to be honest.
Nope, MMA include boxing+braz jiu jitsu+ judo+kickboxing+karaté moves/skills so it would take 10 lifes to master MMA skills.

I think a lot of boxing fans are pretty much in denial about this, you dont just lose 3-4 rounds for fun.
Yeah, let's act that this fight was unfair to Floyd.

A mma fighter will never fight a 12 rounder.

They paid a newbe Mcgregor to take a beating and robb some idiots of their money.

The worst thing is this fight was competitive for 18 minutes.

This whole mess has been embarassing.

You boxing snobs are killing me.

I follow Kickboxing, MMA and boxing even if I'm more of a boxing fan.

I was a kickboxer and went to boxing in order to improve my hands skills and felt in love with it.

We are a lot in that case in Europe.

At the top of the game, Jarell Mirell or Vitali Klit were basically kickboxers before coming to boxing.

There are a lot of link btw MMA, Kickboxing and boxing.
All of what you said would make 100% sense had Mc***ed not disrespected the sport of boxing in front of the whole world. Now if I love and respect this sport, I cannot support this moron, we've seen how much of an idiot he was despite all the advantages he had.
I used to follow Strikeforce and their UFC fighters, was a HUGE Nick Diaz and Cung Le fan to be honest.

Lewis once told me a boxer has more of a chance to win in MMA than a MMA fighter in boxing . Well that sums up his knowledge outside of boxing ,who really thinks Mayweather at ANY age lasts nearly 5 minutes with any top or even average UFC fighter who will impose ACTUAL physical strength on Floyd?

Lace boxing gloves on and ts still a punchers chance for anyone . Yea you can find matches to disprove that but even M.Tyson who probably had the best style to transition into MMA said any boxer that goes into MMA without some grappling ability is a fool . Does anyone really think McGregor going 10 rnds with NO boxing experience was bad ? lol

No boxer would ever make a career in MMA without decent grappling ability ,you can still throw any sub par MMA fighter in boxing and get wins even with poor competition (Kimbo Slice ) who also beat up Mercer in MMA ,pretty much shows whats what .

Boxing is harder to master ,but MMA isnt a style its a sport where more variables come into play making it harder to stay undefeated . The UFC's HW division in its HISTORY has never had a Champion defend his title more than 2x ,that shows you just how difficult it is to stay on top.

The ONLY people who direspected boxing are Floyd for cherry picking a beginner, and the NSAC for allowing that farce.

Boxing is harder to master, yes and no, yes because you have less options in boxing.

But the perfect MMA fighter would have to master boxing, wrestling, judo, muay thai and taekwondo so it's somehow harder to fully master MMA I guess.

You dont master ANY art bc you constantly are learning . It doesnt take perfection to be a good fighter ,it takes competence and enouh fight IQ . You dont Master MMA you adapt to your opposition and use whatever skills you are capable of and intelligence to overcome a better skilled fighter if that was the case .

Winning fights depends on your smarts more than being the best at a skillset . Bruce lee said it best ,being physical strong as you can be is just as important as skill itself bc the stronger guy will then have the advantage in a real fight scenario .

You also used about 6 fighting styles ? You only need at least one art as your base (thats what you form your style off of ) and whatever else you use is secondary . Many UFC fighters dominated better fighters all around with just ONE discipline bc they excelled in that one form.

In boxing you have limited rules and limited boundaries restricted to hands ,making it harder to master ,and again no one is a master at anything this includes boxing . Anyone who claims hes an expert at anything is a fool.
