He talked about upping the workrate and attacking the body. It was a pretty good interview.

    edit:
I think thar Nate Jones is actually Floyd's trainer. Floyd Sr is just the face. I have heard that from a few people.

I watched that interview. Really good.

Although it concerns me slightly that this is the first camp they have decided to cut the work rate down substanially, allegedly.

I've heard the same thing, and get the same feeling about Jones.

Allegedly, like you said, but if true it is a bit concerning, but I'd be more concerned if they were talking like that and this were, say, a Canelo rematch.

I just don't think Conor poses a threat, whether Floyd is in the gym 3 days, 5 days, or every day.

        Yeah agree definitely.

I just think I don't want Floyd to that the fight TOO lightly. Don't **** this up Floyd

But I think that's the narrative that they are trying to push to sell the fight, that he is overlooking him. And it's worked.

The change to 8oz gloves was a great play by Floyd aswell to sell the fight. The casual audience really believe it's a massive deal.

I don't think he lost the killer instinct to beat people up, he just realized it made no sense to try and go for the KO when going for the win was always easier.

He is a smallish WW. He'd probably be best suited at 140. As would Pac. Problem is that when you face bigger guys, you have to spend more energy pushing for a KO.

That's definitely the vibe I'm getting from it. He wants people to believe he's overlooking Conor.

Floyd said he's putting a big bet on himself to win the fight. The 8oz glove thing was brilliant, because the odds were starting to go back up, then just like that, they came back down

So many uneducated people think that 8oz gloves is some crazy unprecedented thing. None of them know that it's completely normal for Floyd to wear 8oz. Crazy.

I saw that, about the bet. I thought that isn't allowed? To bet on yourself.

Win obviously but this win doesn't count with his boxing record my dude, McGregor isn't worthy of adding wins, or adding losses to a professional boxers record. Most posters on NSB would stop him early.

It counts as win 50. A win is a win

Rob Salsa counted as a win for Garcia
