When I went out to Vegas for Mayweather/Pacquiao, I remember sitting on two of my work phones, and two cell phones, on hold for 2 hours, trying to get through to get closed circuit tickets to watch, the day they came out.

They're readily available for purchase on ticketmaster/stubhub right now.

I'm glad people aren't buying into this as an actual superfight.

“McGregor is going to stalk Mayweather and keep him within punching range while waiting for an opening and punching his face right off. Mayweather is going to let McGregor get some jabs in, he’s going to get knocked down, but as the fight goes on he’s going to dance and keep McGregor at bay. In the eleventh round McGregor is going to throw his shoulder out so they can both go home with egos intact, counting their millions.

“Of course there will be a rematch. That might be more of a genuine fight. But knowing these two, probably not.”

            • Team McGregor will complain about the weight after he catches a massive beatdown to save face.

              • For those that keep doubting this PPV will do 5M+ buys:
“Pre-buys are off the charts and way more than Mayweather versus Pacquiao,” Dana White told Yahoo Sports. “UFC.TV pre-buys are 47 percent first-time customers. The only pre-buys I don’t have yet is DirecTV, [but] all the other systems are crushing Mayweather-Pacquiao on pre-buys. This is by far the biggest [financial] fight ever.”

                • Yeah that's my feeling, it'll pass 5m. The media coverage is just way too big, and even if many fewer boxing fans tune in, you've got most of the MMA guys and a **** load of regular folk who will pay. Keep in mind we're in the ****** time of marvel comic movie crossover BS.

                      Can never trust that guy.

He said Jones Cormier was trending and pre buys were heading well over 1 million and it ended up doing 850k and knowing UFC it may have been even less.

Not saying it won't break the record just saying Dana White's words mean nothing.
