      No worries, pal.

The image of him chucking in his own towel to save himself made me laugh.

Having heard bits and pieces from his 'strike coach' Owen Roddy I think Conor will have to sort himself out if he is taking a beating. His coach sounds like he is in the cult of McGregor.

      Hopefully Kavanagh is more pragmatic.

Just look at the Diaz brothers; their BJJ is obviously world level, and the judo/grappling game has also gotten really good, but their striking on the feet has been largely kept to really good boxing and Muay Thai on the clinches.

Their style gives up the lead leg low kick, but the instances of them getting beat on in stand-up fights are nil.

Would Conor really just try to 'Randy Couture' the fight were Floyd to ever actually go over to MMA? For all of the talk he's done, I doubt the combat sports audience (nevermind the hardcore MMA audience) would stand for that.
If he wanted to he could. Conor is a brown belt in BJJ, he can strangle the **** outta Floyd. And I would pay to see Floyd's approach defense wise aster Conor throws a spinning back kick to the body.

Worse than the Gatti fight. Considering Floyd is 12 years older that's pretty bad.

Anyone in the top 50 would embarrass Conor. Anyone in the top 100 would beat him comfortably.
