I think there's a very real chance McGregor gets killed in there. The fight should never have been sanctioned. Hopefully behind-the-scenes they have discussed it and the referee is under strict instructions to jump in the second he senses McGregor is in danger. I wouldn't be surprised if it happened in the first round that the fight is stopped.
