Smart move on Floyd's part. Don't send the kid (22 years old) in with Lomachenko just yet. Look how long it took Lomachenko to turn pro! I think the fight will happen @ 135, in a year or two. In the meantime, let him fight Farmer, or Fortuna, or both! If he can shine versus those guys, then maybe he's ready. A great test for Tank, and a great fight for the DMV, would be Gary Russell Jr. vs. Tank Davis @ 130! If Tank handles GRJ, then I would be talking Lomachenko!

The difference is canelo was a bonafide star at this point tank isn't. He's not fighting him because he knows he isn't ready he should just come out and say it instead of trying to bs everyone.

Gayson Shaw, if you are gonna say Loma is ducking someone that isnt even in the same division as him. Then Davis only doing worse cuz Loma is actually in his division and a title holder as well. Loma would hand this kid his first loss easy. He knows it and deep down your dumb ass knows it too.

Yeah i do understand that and it is a good point but once you are a pro you are a pro, especially one with a belt.

He says nobody from 140 down can beat him but he's not asking for that fight. He's asking for Rigo, which is still a good fight, but in the spirit of this topic. Why isn't he begging Arum to fight Crawford? He's not ready!
Loma is not ready for crawford coz he is 2 div lower than him?
              Good point. Great analysis

Tank is a pro, and he's defending his belt. However, that doesn't mean he has to fight Loma now. Loma's first pro fight was at 25! His team didn't push him, and now look where he's at. Loma got Rigo to come from 122 to 130, maybe Tank could get GRJ or Mares to come to 130? I think if Tank fought Loma too soon, the outcome would be like Mayweather vs. Canelo.
