The article clearly says he's not retiring anytime soon, but I see a long break after the GGG fight anyway...He'll need some time to mentally recover from the loss.

It's weird to think he's going to "outbox" Golovkin for 12 rounds. Are posters serious when they write that?

We just saw a guy who is much bigger, has more pop, and has better movement who couldn't do that for 12 rounds against GGG. I don't see that at all.

I take it you didn't read the article. Moron.

But being a Mayweather fan, reading must be a chore.

Im good losing by UD better than risking getting a KO or getting KTFO. Name any boxer that if they knew were losing would still be running on 4th and long from their own 2 yard line??? He didn't even try anything different. Didnt go all-in or do jack sht. No Heart Trout!

Charlo was boo'd when he won. Many thought Trout won. That was a Terribly boring fight which looked like neither one wanted to win.
          Ok sure. Nice paragraph.

          What about Jacobs

Canelo Alvarez has 51 fights on his professional record, an unusually high number for a boxer who only recently turned 27 years old.

Yea, that's because the first 35 were Taco Bell employees.

Just like the first 30 Taxi Drivers GGG fought.

Depends?? If he fights like he did against GGG most likely - no. If he fights like he did against Mora 1 or Pirog - yes. I still dont trust Jacobs chin and yes I think a clean shot from Canelo could knock him down or worse...

Honestly I'll know a hell of a lot better after the GGG fight. Should tell us how he takes hits and if he can hurt fighters at MW.

I know Jacobs CAN hit but his chin is suspect and you can't train chin. You can only hide it like Klitz and Lewis learned to do later in their years.
