I'd say Mayweather.....he has the most asthetically pleasing style (kinda like a running back juking multiple defenders), and his affinity for hip-hop and flashy living put him in the spotlight. He's the LeBron James, the Michael Vick.

Sure, DLH's political correctness, business savvy and PR skills put him at or near the top, but pop-culture (which is right now rap/hip-hop) is what captures the coveted 18-35 age demographic and that's what Floyd caters to.

It depends where you are. In the Philippines, it's Pacman and in the US, Oscar De La Hoya. In Britain, it's Hatton, and in Europe, it's Wladimir Klitschko.

That is a matter of Opinion, and there are different categaries.....

                    1. De La Hoya (everybody and their mom's watches his fights!)
                    2. Roy Jones Jr. (90's, the people's Champ)
                    3. Gatti (people admire a true warrior)
                    4. Pacman (when he fights, there is "ZERO" crime in his country!)
                    5. Calzaghe (fills the stadium completely! OVER 60,000!)
                    6. Mike Tyson (the whole world watched Iron Mike!)

But the most recognized face in the whole world (all 7 continents) is....

                    Mohamed Ali.
