The P4P is based on ability relative to others in or around their weight classes and not just the resume. It's hypothetical really but for a long, long time now it's mattered.

If Loma were the Size of Jeff Horn, I think Loma vs Spence would be 1 hell of a fight at WW. Styles make fights and Spences Body work would be trouble for Loma but Loma would set his jab up very nice on Spence.
