ggg has been using the unifacation angle for at least 4 years now to avoid moving up in weight.

I think he meant Floyd had beaten the people who had one or more of those belts at one time or another, but never cared for those belts. (Like Zab with the IBF, Pac with the WBO, etc.) Floyd was beyond those belts.
