He just started training with Robert Garcia within the past two weeks. MMA really has no use for a speed bag. I bet most of you don't even know what a speed bag is actually training you for. Probably think it helps speed or some dumb ****.

The OP is trying to descredit mma cause they arnt good boxers, but fails to realize you don't need to be good at boxing to win in mma cause it's full of different backgrounds, their whole stance is different just to defend from kicks and takedowns.

Ok, got you. Not to defend the OP or take sides but don't you find it interesting that they got all these styles, which are supposed to be great according to MMA fans, yet you got a former champion MMA guy trying to learn how to box with Robert Garcia.
