Happy for him but Stuart Hall is in this discussion imo
      Sam Soliman is another.

Charles Martin for multi belt era.

1 belt era Willard? Carnera? Maybe there are worse in the lower divisions but those are obviously the famous ones from the HW's

Luis Santana. I believe he beat and defended against Terry Norris via 2 DQ victory's in a row before Norris legally beat him.

Best choice in here by far. Especially since Santana clearly faked his way to a DQ victory.

Tyson Fury had so much potential, to become some sort of cult hero! (But unfortunately in my opinion his team around him failed to keep him grounded during the aftermath of his world championship winning fight! His uncle should of known that by how unhinge he is? There was always a potential that the pressure of being champion could destroy him!).

Yeah Charles Martin is pretty low on the scale

Tyson Fury may be fat, crazy and on drugs but he still had a clean win over the recognized champ in the division.

John Ruiz gets my number one spot. I could put his fights on to fall asleep at night.

Carlos Baldomir won the Lineal Welterweight title at 34 years old with a record of 42-9-6. He only won it because Zab Judah was absolutely garbage. He went on to defend it against a shot Arturo Gatti before losing it in a shutout to Floyd Mayweather Jr. He ruined plans of Floyd-Zab happening in Spring 2006 for all of the belts and the Lineal title. For 10 months a man who'd never previously been ranked in the top 30 of the division was the Welterweight champion.
