    I don't rate Collazo, I don't believe he's a very good fighter.

Collazo is 26 and 2 ? Sure he doesnt have too many names big names on his list but give the guy some credit. He fought a dam good fight and you blame Hatton's weight gain strictly on his poor performance despite winning a close fight. Gimme a break...

He didn't look very good at all against Hatton.

I checked out the fight, Juicy. Hatton reminds me everyday of the old-school fighters. Reminds me of a cross between Jake Lamotta, and Roberto Duran. The way he holds his hands is just such old school, but he's got that new school feel in the way he can rip combo's to the head.

Mayweather simply wouldn't be able to put up with Hatton's smothering style and his body punching. I don't think a former 130 lber would be able to take a good 5 rounds of punching from Ricky boy. Not even one of the most skilled fighters of the last 20 years in Mayweather.

By the way Juicy, do you know if Floyd is using weights now because he's moving up. He's winning the battles on the inside for the most part and he is just as strong as his counterparts but then again he's fighting smaller, former 140 lbers. I want to see Floyd in action vs. a natural welterweight. It would be pretty interesting.

Oh, and about the fight, Juicy. Hatton looked physically out of prime, and his balance was awful maybe to the weight gain but technically he didn't look to shabby. He was smothering more then I usually see him and he wasn't as relentless as usual.

I want to see him down at 140.

EDIT- I also think his balance had alot to do with how bad he was physically.

Mayweather started using weights to beef himself up to 140.

And Juicy, how do you think Castillo - Hatton goes? I think Hatton outboxes Castillo over 12 rounds. Hatton's basically a 3 punch combination fighter at a time. His style works really well against orhtodox fighters but he will get beat by a big southpaw if he ever chooses to fight one, just you watch. Basically, Hatton feints to his left throws a left hook to the body, then to the head, throws the right hand out there, jabs out, and then clinches/smothers. Castillo wouldn't be able to find a home for his left hook, and if he did it would be short thus not as powerful.

But your thoughts on the matchup?

Hatton has basically already said what he'd do with Castillo, in private. He'll act as if he wants a toe-to-toe war, in the build-up to the fight and everything, so that Castillo is preparing to just go to war.. but then Hatton will suprise everybody on the night by moving in and out of range well and out-boxing Castillo.

Juicy, what about Mayweather - Hatton.

I honestly think there are two ways to beat Mayweather. Non-stop pressure. Not only boxing pressure, but fighting with your arms, your elbows, your face. Hit anything and everything.

                    AND

Make Mayweather come to you. Lateral movement could be the key.

                      (at 140, yeah?)

Mayweather can win the fight, but he'd need to use a very high punch output to keep Hatton off him. No former super-featherweight could withstand Hatton's body shots, so Mayweather would need a very high punch output. Mayweather would also need to dictate from ring centre, because if Hatton gets him to the ropes he'd beat Mayweather up by teeing off on him from angles (to body and head).

I don't know who wins, that's why the fight needs to happen. Mayweather can win, but he'd need to be at his very best..
