    It's just different.

He's conditioned to take kicks and knees.

He's not prepared for a body attack from a boxer. And we know he can be hurt to the body because Diaz hurt him to the body, albeit with a knee.

one shot might finish the fight, or simply the fight is brought down to the mat and there's usually not much effective body work there, or standing up there's no real inside fighting that would allow for that sustained punishment, or the fact MMA fights are usually 3-5 five minute rds, and in boxing you have up to 12 rounds for that body work to really set it.

That's a different, a bid difference in my opinion, and Connor is going to feel it.
Floyd usually doesn't work the body. He especially won't work the body against a southpaw.

LOL He's conditioned to take kicks and knees but not punches from padded gloves from a soft puncher like Floyd who isn't even known for body shots? You don't make any sense.

My prediction is that it will be the same as every Floyd fight. An extremely boring decision for Floyd. The entertainment factor will be up to Conor to press but Floyd will only run faster and harder the more danger he feels.

I guess we will find out.

We will see if he can take a sustained body attack. That's if Floyd even does that.

Floyd does work the body, and he will probably pay more attention to Connors body than he has against most of his previous foes.

McGregor stated that it was Floyd's straight shots to his body that were most effective, and that although he prepared his mid section a lot in training it wasn't enough.

Floyd is a great body puncher and I thought he could have gone to it earlier to end the fight sooner, maybe he wanted to carry McGregor a little.

Actually me and all my friends bet on this fight. And since we all picked floyd to win by stoppage, we picked the rounds. I had Floyd winning by TKO in the 8th.
