You do realize that his purse has gone down for the last two fights in Bama right? Probably evidence that he's taking a slight pay hit to fight there.
If what you claim is true, it would be more lucrative to make purse reductions and keep him in NYC. Tickets prices and sales are higher in NYC, that's a fact, whereas the fighter's purse don't fluctuate much.
Fighter expenses may be more expensive in NYC, but the cards do better hereComment

Man I'm so sick of everyone saying Wilder won't fight anyone. It's disappointing to say the least. Wilder is trying to get a fight, its obvious that he's trying to get someone harder than Bermane. And by the way Bernabe isn't a pushoverComment

Jennings? Reach, lmao.
Jennings resume is better than Joshua's too if you want to go that route lmao. But I don't understand why you brought up Jennings, lmao. He has lost to two of the top fighters in the division.Comment

Hopefully this fight happens. Now that it's clear Pulev is next for AJ, Ortiz's team can get refocused on a realistic fightComment

When wilder has had the choice of selecting an opponent he consistently selects bums. Those are the facts. Stop giving me woulda coulda shoulda.I understand that when you become champion you are suppose to defend against the highest rated available opponent and that its not up to the champion to decide who that is ;
Deontay never turned down a fight with anyone in the top five -- On the contrary Tyson Fury was offered a fight, he decided to challenge Klitschko for more money and all the belts, fine I get it. Czar Glazkov was top five when his mando was schedule for Wilders WBC title but he like Fury went for the IBF...Joshua was due a mandatory shot at the WBC before he decided to cherry pick Charles Martin. FACTS.Comment
