Wilder could have fought Stiverne earlier this year to clear that mandatory hurdle. He should just clear that hurdle in other to fight optional big fights.

Exactly. This fight should have been made. It's going into six months since Wilder's last fight. All this time Wilder has been talking about fighting Joshua or fighting Ortiz or fighting Bellew or Whyte or whoever he wants to bring up each week, he could have handled his mandatory defense against Stiverne.

If I know that my mandatory is preventing me from having bigger fights, then I get that out of the way ASAP.

Ortiz will hold off for Joshua... Wilder should try very, very hard for the Parker-Fury fight or Fat Baby Miller until we can get the Joshua-Wilder fight...

Take care of Stiverne, take Parker's strap and then see if Ortiz is still in the winners circle. You will get credit for Parker if you follow it with Ortiz.

That's just it. I'm not sure why Wilder is not pushing to have that Stiverne fight done. I don't care if no TV network is interested in the fight. Get it over with so you can go after those guys.

Either that, or drop the WBC and fight Ortiz for that #1 WBA spot
