People who are not naive can tell who is taking PED's. Yes Briggs, Yes Cyborg, Yes Ubereem, Yes Marquez when he was like 40 and had one punch KO power and trained with Heredia or whatever his name is. He's been a pro for about 25 years and maybe has been on PED's for 24+ years?

Look at what he looked like when he turned pro at 201 and then compare what he looked like when he lost to Darrol Wilson just 3 and half years later.

When he fought Foreman and Lennox he was even bigger and had gained about 27 pounds and it was all muscle, that's not possible with boxing training alone.

Obviously in the 2000's his metabolism slowed down and his roiding didn't and he fought on into the 250's through 270's??, yet had only a slightly higher body fat ratio than his physical prime in the late 90's. Okay....

The ban has no teeth, he is banned for fighting for a WBA belt but not fighting period. Briggs still may con his way into an eliminator at some point in the next year.
