You can try and mock Jimmy 'the birdman' Smith all you want, but it's a futile effort

For one Tony Mosco was a feared puncher who was 3 / 0 with 3 Ko's and would of been a top top contender if not for troubles outside the ring, he outweighed jimmy by nearly 30 pounds.

Jimmy was STILL making a mockery of Mosco with that jittery headmovement, which totally threw him off his game and if you look at the time period Jimmy paved the way for a future plethora of boxers to implement that awkward style.

High level defense and skillset but unfortunately one thing Jimmy was not blessed with was a chin, but i wont hold that agaisnt him, considering Mosco was a huge huge puncher and massively outweighed him.

a true pioneer regardless of how mocked he is.

What a lot of people don't realise is that Mosco really ****ed with Smith in the lead-up to this fight. Extensive drug-testing, couldn't use his favourite gloves, entourage limits for the ringwalk... it wasn't a fair fight. If you look closely, the ref lets Mosco get away with about 15 low blows before the KO too
