Scared the great Euro hope is going to lose to another Mexican is grows a set and moves up to fight Garcia
Lol of course the floyd fans will justify this obvious duck. He's a world champion "he's inexperienced" won't fly at this point. Why the hell should he move up and fight Garcia when there are plenty of more logical fights to have? Both mikey and Loma have better options. Tank being one of them. Time for him to sack up.

All I hear is quack quack quack quack. Every time a Floyd advised boxer pulls this ****, it makes it look like Floyd was the one who delayed the Pacquiao fight.

        Quack quack quack quack quack.
I don't agree with him, but i think he means in a headliner fight, not an on undercard bout. He's fighting now for exposer on the Mayweather/McGregor's card as an undercard fixture. He's fighting now to stay busy and look good.

But he was a champion than who needed the title lifted off him by a real contender. He's no longer a champion, he has trouble making 130lbs, and was literally knocked out by a guy who isn't the biggest puncher in the world.

Edner Cherry is a much more interesting test and will give Davis the rounds he sorely needs.

            Stop being such a fanboy.

I guess because he's attached to Mayweather a lot of folks are for jumping on him for ducking. I don't think anyone agree that he is ready or should fight Lomachenko at this point but because he gave such a crappy response I get the criticism. This is a new batch of fighters. They're business first, competition second. Lomachenko has been mentioning quite a few boxers but no one is realistic expecting a fight with any of them anytime soon. Maybe Salido but who is clamoring to see this rematch with Salido? Tank is not the most articulate fighter so I don't know why people are so eager to quote him about anything at this point. Mayweather needs to hook him up with a good PR rep so he can sharpen up his interviewing skills and give better "PC" answers.

Lol, "Cherry"????? More like cherrypick, dude is like 75 years old.

And by the way, the big draws outside of canelo and a couple other here in u.s. are in the u.k. so slow your role, read a book, learn the sport and how to converse with others or, swallow a ******* because we already have enough clones just like you. Bye bye kid

First of all, I don't give a **** about Davis. I'm a Floyd, tyohat's doesn't mean I stan for any boxer that fights under his promotion. Second, he didn't look that impressive vs Pedzara or the British kid, even though he got the stoppage vs both. Loma beats him easy right now, he could be a challenge in the future, but right now he's not ready. And that's why you goobers want the fight so bad. It's another easy belt for your Euro hero. All Loma fanboys talk about is Tank, Rigo, and Salido, fights that he should be the heavy favorite to win. How about Loma grows a set and fight that isn't washed up, green, or undersized.

And no, there are no better fights for Loma than Mikey. Mikey is a legacy defining fight for him. If he's really as great as his fans say he is let him prove it.

I don't see the reason Davis has to lie, it's clear as day he isn't ready for a fighter like Loma and no one is really calling for the fight anyway. He just keeps it real and says he's still learning and within a year or so he'll be better prepared for the task.

In the mean time, he needs to fight some more durable guys to get rounds in the bank. Edner Cherry is free, always in shape, and honestly hasn't lost clearly since moving down to 130. If Davis can take care of him, it'll be a step in the right direction.
