Bones fights at 205lbs so he'd have to lose weight to fight at cruiser. Tell me again about your vast boxing knowledge.

Yep you're totally right. Cutting 5 lbs is impossible for a professional athlete like Bones. He's never conditioned himself to make weight. No way could he ever do it. You're right.

he walks around at 225 ....hes not going to cut to 200/under and be able to train at a lighter weight when the guy is 6'4 and older now...common sense.

He weighed in at 205 for the cormier fight....

You know what you're right it's common sense a professional athlete that can cut weight to make 205 couldn't get down to 200lbs. It would be impossible for him to drop an additional 5 pounds. It can't be done.

I dunno about Jones but I would like to see Nate Diaz give it a go, I would watch him in a boxing ring.

If Connor beats Floyd I absolutely see Bones trying boxing for a few years and dominating at cruiserweight. He probably beats quite a few top 20 heavys too. I just think top 5 at heavy is too much for him given his size.

I dont know his measurements and how depleted he is at 205, because Im not following UFC, but it depends on circumstances if they can get down 5 pounds.

If 205 is the lowest he can get too, the additional 5 pounds are going to kill him. If he makes the weight comfortable, it's possible to lose another 5 pounds.

But the older people get, the more difficult it is to loose weight. De La Hoya was 150 for Steve forbes and looked okay, went down to 145 for pacquiao and looked like a corpse.
