naah, not at all. you get my point though? UFC is more of a fight as you can use your legs and elbows and wrestling. In a real fight youll use everything to win.

I watched his fight last night.

His boxing skills are not good.

boxing has too many rules to call it a fight, UFC much more like a real fight.
He is a world class athlete.

He could easily transition and dominate at cruiser the reason he doesn't is because no one has given him a reason to yet. Where's fat tony bellew when you need him.

I would think the WBSS at cruiserweight with a payout for the winner of around 10 mio dollar should be reason enough?
I respect MMA fighters, but to say they can easily transition is not true.
Fighting is still their job and every fighter would/should pursue a boxing career if they want to maximize their earnings. They dont do this, because the mechanics of boxing are totally different to the stand up fighting mechanics of MMA.

His hands and defense are simply not sharp enough for elite level boxing. If you can't see that, just nod your head and act like you know.
In his prime, I believe he could have transitioned with some success. He used to be fairly quick. He's not that guy any more but I think he's still damn good. There's no way he's competing with top 5 cruisers now though.

Jones would get ouboxed by Mayweather Sr. probably never mind actual guys that would out weigh him by 30 pounds and same height .
